Definitely good vitamins! I bought these for my 15-year-old son, and he loved them! Along with Omega 3, he never had even a runny nose during the cold season. The small pimples on his face disappeared, and his skin became clear. He’s full of energy now. I have already taken two courses with a two-month break! Highly recommended!
